Victim-session script execution via stored form input
Published Jun 10, 2025 · Updated Jun 11, 2025
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. A low-privileged user can save malicious JavaScript in a vulnerable form field, and AEM later renders that stored value without neutralization when another user visits the containing page. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and victim interaction, exposing or modifying data available to the victim's browser session.
