Victim-browser script execution via crafted form fields
Published Jun 10, 2025 · Updated Jun 11, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. A low-privileged user can place malicious JavaScript in a vulnerable form field, and the victim's browser executes it when the affected page renders the field. Exploitation requires the victim to browse to that page; Adobe has not identified the specific field or client-side code locus, and its bulletin labels the issue DOM-based while the CVE description labels it stored.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
