Code execution via unchecked interface-label copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in net-tools 2.10 and earlier allows local users to execute code or crash a utility via crafted /proc/net/dev data. The get_name function in interface.c copies interface labels into a 16-byte stack buffer without limiting ordinary characters or alias digits. The known unprivileged path requires a user namespace with replacement /proc content; it does not grant privilege escalation.
