Missing authorization in OpenMRS FHIR2 Module before 2.5.0 allows remote attackers to add or edit protected clinical data via its FHIR API. The published advisory states only that privileges were not always correctly checked and does not identify the affected endpoint, operation, or authorization decision. Network access to the FHIR REST API is sufficient; the documented consequence is unauthorized clinical-data creation or modification, not deletion or service interruption.
