User impersonation via reusable IdP intent tokens

Authentication bypass in affected ZITADEL releases allows remote attackers to impersonate users by replaying completed IdP intents. The Session API accepted a successful IdP intent ID and token repeatedly because the intent was neither consumed after use nor subject to post-success expiration. The attacker must obtain the application's predefined callback URI, and MFA blocks complete authentication and ZITADEL API access.
