Root command execution via stale WebSocket sessions

Missing authorization in SUSE Manager Server allows remote attackers to execute root commands on managed clients through port 443. The /rhn/websocket/minion/remote-commands endpoint mishandles authorization because spacewalk-java fails to clean up stale sessions when a WebSocket connection opens. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation permits any command to run as root on any managed client.
