Remote service crash via UDP descriptor exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in Yves Rutschle sslh before 2.2.4 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon through many UDP sessions. The sslh-select event loop leaves UDP session descriptors open until later network activity, then dereferences a null new_cnx pointer when descriptor allocation fails. A remotely reachable UDP listener using the select or libev model is required; exhaustion blocks legitimate connections and crashes the daemon.
