CVE-2025-46777

Encrypted-secret disclosure via System Log exposure

Published May 28, 2025 · Updated May 28, 2025

Log exposure in Fortinet FortiPortal 7.4.0, 7.2.0 through 7.2.5, and 7.0.0 through 7.0.9 lets remote authenticated users view encrypted secrets. The System Log records encrypted secrets and exposes those entries through its viewing interface instead of suppressing the sensitive values. Access requires an authenticated account with at least read-only administrative permissions; the values remain encrypted, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.
