Service interruption via unexpired idle sessions

Insufficient session expiration in ABB WebPro SNMP Card PowerValue and UL 1.1.8.k and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The firmware leaves idle sessions on TCP ports 23 and 502 open, so repeated unauthenticated connections consume the device's finite connection resources. Network access to the device is required; resource exhaustion makes its services unavailable without disclosing or altering data.
