Cross-account notification disclosure and deletion via unchecked UUIDs

Improper authorization in Filigran OpenCTI before 6.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete other users' notifications. The NotificationLineNotificationMarkReadMutation and NotificationLineNotificationDeleteMutation resolvers accept a notification UUID without verifying that the requester is an authorized member. Any authenticated account that knows another notification's UUID can disclose its contents by marking it read, change its state, or delete it.
