Kernel-memory disclosure via unchecked API pointer

Out-of-bounds read in Sandboxie 1.3.0 through 1.15.11 allows local users to disclose arbitrary kernel memory through SbieDrv.sys. Api_SetSecureParam accepts a caller-controlled param_data pointer without checking whether it is safe to read, and SetRegValue copies bytes from that address into an HKLM Security SBIE registry value retrievable through API_GET_SECURE_PARAM. Exploitation requires a low-privileged local user to invoke the API from a signed process; the disclosed effect is limited to kernel-memory confidentiality loss.
