Cross-guest GPU denial of service via system calls
Published Jun 27, 2025 · Updated Jul 1, 2025
Denial of service in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK allows guest OS users to block other virtual machines' GPU workloads. The firmware component accepts improper GPU system calls from one guest without protection against resource blocking, delaying firmware and GPU processing for peer guests. Guest VM code execution is required; releases 1.15 RTM, 1.17 RTM, and 1.18 RTM and 23.2 RTM through 24.1 RTM are affected, and the consequence is a service interruption for other GPU tenants.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
