Private-channel access via unsynchronized playbook permissions

Incorrect authorization in affected Mattermost Server releases allows remote authenticated users to access and manage private channels. The permission-scheme UI aggregated team and channel grants for All Members but omitted playbook-member and run-member roles, so saving the scheme left participant-management permissions in those roles. Member-level access is sufficient to add or remove private-channel users through playbook runs even after Manage Members is explicitly removed, exposing channel content and granting guests channel-management access.
