Authenticated SQL feature access via direct route
Published Apr 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2025
Broken access control in Ververica Platform 2.14.0 allows remote authenticated users to access restricted SQL connector and format functions. The application hides the SQL formats feature from low-privileged users but leaves the namespaces/default/formats route directly reachable. A namespace-scoped low-privileged account is required, and published evidence establishes unauthorized feature access but not data disclosure or service interruption.
