Memory corruption via undersized BigInt allocation

Heap-based buffer overflow in QuickJS before 2025-04-26 allows local users to corrupt process memory via crafted binary data. JS_ReadBigInt's rounding expression can overflow when converting an attacker-controlled byte length to a limb count, allocating too few limbs before decoded words are written. The host process must deserialize attacker-controlled QuickJS binary data; the published reproducer causes an out-of-bounds write and process abort.
