Encrypted-message disclosure via static IV reuse

Cryptographic IV reuse in the Tenda RX2 Pro 16.03.30.14 web portal allows man-in-the-middle attackers to decrypt management messages. The portal's httpd component applies the same static initialization vector when encrypting messages exchanged between the browser client and server. Exploitation requires a network position from which portal traffic can be observed, and the bounded consequence is disclosure of message contents.
