CVE-2025-4663

Service interruption via aborted remote supportsave

Published Jul 8, 2025 · Updated Jul 8, 2025

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Brocade Fabric OS 9.0.0 through 9.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The CLI does not correctly handle premature SSH-session termination while supportsave is collecting data; Broadcom does not disclose the failed internal check. A user with high privileges and adjacent network access must start and abort the collection, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
