Traffic decryption and forgery via static AES material

Cryptographic failure in the ate service in Tenda RX2 Pro 16.03.30.14 allows remote attackers to decrypt, replay, or forge traffic. The service protects management traffic with a static AES key and initialization vector, reusing identical cryptographic material across encrypted exchanges. Access to the service's network traffic is required; no credentials or user interaction are required, and exploitation exposes and manipulates management traffic.
