SQL query disclosure via INFO-level logging

Sensitive data exposure in Snowflake ODBC Driver before 3.7.0 allows local users to read SQL query text from INFO-level logs. In certain code paths, the driver passes the entire SQL query to the INFO logger without redaction, placing query contents in a local log file. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to those logs after an authenticated driver session generates them, and exposes only information contained in logged queries.
