Struts code injection in ZTE ZXCDN-SNS V3.01.02 allows remote attackers to execute commands with non-root privileges. ZTE identifies the affected locus only as the product's Struts component and has not disclosed the request path, parameter, or unsafe operation on attacker-controlled input. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and successful exploitation runs commands under a non-root service context.
