Administrator-context script execution via unescaped next parameter
Published Jun 9, 2025 · Updated Jun 10, 2025
Reflected XSS in Broadstreet before 1.51.8 allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The partner registration endpoint writes the next query parameter into its response without sanitizing or escaping it. Exploitation requires a high-privilege user to open the link, after which the script runs in the site's origin and can act with that user's browser privileges.
