Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted album URL fetch
Published Apr 24, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
SSRF in Simple Google Photos Grid 1.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send requests from WordPress via an album URL. The widget and shortcode pass the supplied album URL into a server-side HTTP fetch path without restricting its destination. Low-privileged WordPress access is required, and successful requests can read or modify internal-service data without interrupting availability.
