Authenticated browser script execution via SVG replacement
Published May 13, 2025 · Updated May 13, 2025
Reflected XSS in affected Centreon Web releases allows remote authenticated users to execute script through crafted SVG media. The media-upload component permits replacement content for an existing SVG to bypass its sanitization measures, causing a browser to render attacker-controlled script. Elevated privileges are required to replace the SVG, and another user must view it; the script runs in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
