Contributor-level script execution in visitors' browsers
Published Apr 24, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
DOM-based XSS in KNI Labs RRSSB 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The CNA and Patchstack identify DOM-based script injection but do not disclose the client-side source, sink, or input flow that mishandles attacker-controlled data. Exploitation requires Contributor-level access and a privileged user to visit crafted content, enabling script execution in that visitor's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
