Browser script execution via reflected request input
Published May 23, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in Theme Blvd Sliders 1.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser via crafted requests. Neither the CNA record nor its Patchstack advisory discloses the affected request parameter or code path; only reflection of unneutralized request input into generated HTML is established. Exploitation requires a victim to follow a crafted request, after which script executes within the WordPress site's origin and can access browser-visible data.
