XXE in Dell Storage Manager before 2020 R1.21 allows remote authenticated users to read files through crafted XML. Dell identifies external-entity processing but does not disclose the parser, request handler, or XML field that resolves the entity. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account with network access and exposes data readable by the Data Collector without changing or interrupting it.
