NULL pointer dereference in Entr'ouvert Lasso 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to crash SAML-processing applications with a malformed response. lasso_provider_verify_saml_signature passes the unchecked NULL result of xmlSecGetNodeNsHref to strcmp while determining the signed node's namespace. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the consequence is limited to crashing the application process that invokes the vulnerable library routine.
