Memory corruption via fragmented gzip extra field

Out-of-bounds write in Point Cloud Library before 1.15.0 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted gzip header extra field. The vendored openNURBS copy of zlib's inflate() exceeds the caller-provided inflateGetHeader() buffer when an oversized extra field arrives across multiple calls. Affected builds either predate 1.14.0's system-zlib default or use WITH_SYSTEM_ZLIB=FALSE; the overwrite can crash the consuming process or corrupt its memory.
