Remote panel control via hard-coded VNC password

Use of hard-coded credentials in Consilium Safety CS5000 Fire Panel all versions allows remote attackers to control the panel over VNC. The VNC server binary contains a fixed password as a visible string, and the service accepts that unchangeable secret for remote access. The password must be known and network access must reach VNC; successful access permits panel operation and can leave the fire-detection system nonfunctional.
