Authorization bypass via cached tuple-cycle result

Improper access control in OpenFGA 1.3.6 through 1.8.10 allows remote authenticated users to bypass authorization via repeated API requests. CachedCheckResolver caches an indeterminate result when tuple-cycle detection occurs, although a parent evaluation can produce a different answer. Exploitation requires the check query cache, a cyclic authorization model, and multiple Check or ListObjects requests within the cache TTL.
