Caller-ID spoofing via inconsistent Call History state

UI misrepresentation in Apple macOS Sonoma before 14.8.3 and Sequoia before 15.7.3 allows remote attackers to spoof FaceTime caller ID. Apple attributes the flaw to inconsistent state management in Call History, but has not disclosed which state transition presents an incorrect caller identity. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is limited to caller-ID misrepresentation.
