JavaScript execution via unsanitized uid reflection
Published Jan 20, 2026 · Updated Jan 20, 2026
Reflected XSS in MedDream PACS Premium 7.3.6.870 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted fetchPriorStudies URL. Pacs/fetchPriorStudies.php copies the attacker-controlled uid query value into HTML output without sanitization or encoding. The endpoint is post-authentication, so exploitation requires an authenticated user to open the crafted URL; the script then runs in that user's browser context.
