Unauthenticated command execution via recoverable Telnet credential

Hardcoded credentials in D-Link DIR-605L 2.13B01 and DIR-816L 2.06B01 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands over Telnet. The bin/telnetd.sh initialization script starts telnetd with the Alphanetworks user and a password read from etc/alpha_config/image_sign, whose firmware value is recoverable. Network access to the Telnet service and knowledge of the firmware-derived credential are sufficient for command execution on the router.
