Cross-scope user disclosure via missing resetPwd check

Missing authorization in RuoYi 4.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to read another user's data through resetPwd requests. SysUserController.resetPwd passes the path-supplied userId to selectUserById without first calling checkUserDataScope, placing an out-of-scope user record in the view model. The caller must hold the system:user:resetPwd permission, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of user details rather than password modification.
