Authenticated denial of service via unbounded buddy query

Denial of service in vBulletin 3.8.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the forum through the buddy-list endpoint. The misc.php?do=buddylist handler runs an unbounded JOIN across the caller's entire buddy list and associated user and session records. A basic account with a sufficiently inflated buddy list can drive database lag, memory exhaustion, and a MySQL or forum crash.
