CVE-2025-4616

Security-control rollback via insufficient input validation

Published Nov 14, 2025 · Updated Nov 17, 2025

Insufficient input validation in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Browser 142.15.6.0 through 142.15.6.59 allows local users to revert security controls. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the affected input, validation path, or integrity-check operation that accepts the untrusted value. A locally authenticated non-admin account is required, and successful exploitation weakens enforced browser protections without reported service interruption.
