Sensitive database disclosure via injectable tag filter
Published Jun 18, 2025 · Updated Jun 18, 2025
SQL injection in pbootCMS 3.2.5 and 3.2.10 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through a crafted GET request. The tag GET parameter carries a pboot:list filter whose field expression is concatenated into a SQL WHERE clause without an allowlist. Exploitation requires a user to load the crafted URL but does not require an authenticated account, and the published UNION query exposes a password value.
