CVE-2025-46060Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via unchecked upload filename

Published Jun 13, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026

Stack buffer overflow in TOTOLINK N600R 4.3.0cu.7866_B20220506 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via an upload filename. The cstecgi.cgi main routine passes UPLOAD_FILENAME from the request environment to sprintf without checking it against the fixed stack-buffer size. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a long filename can overwrite the saved return address and seize device execution.
