Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG upload

Stored XSS in Simogeo Filemanager 2.5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted SVG upload. The uploadRestrictions logic accepts SVG files without sanitizing embedded JavaScript, and the application serves them inline from its domain. No authentication is required to upload the file, but script execution requires a user to open the uploaded SVG.
