Privileged memory disclosure via PID-reuse race

Information disclosure in systemd-coredump allows local users to read privileged process memory through a mislabeled core dump. Its grant_user_access function reads /proc/PID/auxv after a crash and can authorize the dump using a replacement non-SUID process that reused the PID. Exploitation requires a local account, enabled SUID core dumps, and winning the PID-reuse race; exposed memory can include password hashes from /etc/shadow.
