Arbitrary file read via unsanitized download path

Path traversal in novel-plus before 5.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through filePath. The FileController download handler concatenates the unvalidated filePath value directly with jnConfig.getUploadPath(), allowing ../ sequences to escape the upload directory. Published reproduction requires an administrator session and demonstrates reading Windows win.ini; it does not demonstrate code execution.
