Server-side request forgery via unchecked download URL
Published Jul 1, 2025 · Updated Jul 8, 2025
SSRF in ZrLog 3.1.5 allows remote authenticated users to force server-side requests through the theme download feature. AdminTemplatePageController passes downloadUrl to installByUrl, which fetches remote files without validating the destination URL; ZipUtil then extracts archive paths without traversal checks. Access to the administrative panel is required, and a crafted archive can overwrite server files, including an SSH authorized-keys file, to enable server access.
