Authenticated memory corruption via unchecked SSID decoding

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK NR1800X 9.1.0u.6681_B20230703 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt router memory. The setWiFiBasicCfg handler passes the ssid value to urldecode without checking its length, so input longer than 0x80 bytes overflows a stack buffer. Access to the authenticated web management interface is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates the overflow through a crafted POST request but does not establish code execution or persistence.
