Authenticated memory corruption via oversized SMS text

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK NR1800X 9.1.0u.6681_B20230703 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory via SMS text. The setSmsCfg handler passes the text value to replace_string and urldecode without checking its length, so input longer than 0x400 bytes overflows a stack buffer. A valid management session is required; the public proof of concept demonstrates the overflow but does not establish code execution or a specific service interruption.
