Memory disclosure via malicious license string parsing

Heap buffer over-read in RTI Connext Professional Core Libraries allows local users to disclose memory or interrupt an application via XML QoS files. The license-property parser reads beyond its heap allocation while processing a malicious dds.license.license_string value. Exploitation requires write access to replace an XML QoS document loaded by the application, and its effects are limited to memory disclosure or application interruption.
