Credential exposure in D-Link DPH-400S/SE VoIP Phone 1.01 allows attackers with firmware or log access to recover passwords. The tcAppPhoneProvisioning, tcAppPhoneLogin, and tcGlobalTelnetCheckPassword binaries write provisioning passwords into unprotected debug strings. Access to the firmware image, console output, or device logs is required; recovered credentials grant unauthorized access to device functions or VoIP accounts.
