Stored script execution via unsanitized Fullname field

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Web Based Pharmacy Product Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. The add-admin.php page stores the Fullname field without neutralizing script content and later renders it in the User Management interface. Access to the authenticated User Management section is required, and execution occurs in a user's browser when the affected page is viewed.
