Privilege escalation in NetEase NeacSafe64 Driver before 1.0.0.8 allows local users to gain SYSTEM access via crafted IOCTL commands. Two exposed handlers, opcodes 14 and 70, accept crafted requests that provide arbitrary kernel-space read and write primitives. Local execution with access to the driver interface is required; successful exploitation permits privileged memory manipulation and kernel-mode code execution.
