Account data corruption via concurrent group deletion

Race condition in 2FAuth 5.4.3 allows remote attackers to corrupt account-group data through concurrent group deletion and assignment. The DissociateTwofaccountFromGroup listener ran on GroupDeleting, so it cleared account group IDs before deletion completed while concurrent assignments could still target the group. The resulting state can contain orphaned references, inconsistent membership counts, 404 errors, or database integrity failures.
