Local credential disclosure via readable plaintext database

Plaintext credential storage in SoftPerfect Connection Quality Monitor 1.1 allows local users to read saved credentials from its database. The application places every configured credential without encryption in C:\ProgramData\SoftPerfect\Connection Quality Monitor\Connection Quality Monitor.DB, whose permissions permit any user to read it. A standard local account is sufficient to recover those stored secret values, compromising accounts configured in the application.
